The World Economic Forum’s people page for Mathias Döpfner, as retrieved for this build, calls him chairman and CEO of Axel Springer SE and names U.S. brands Politico, Insider, and Morning Brew plus Bild and Welt. It says he is a member of the boards of Netflix and Warner Music Group, serves on the steering committee of the Bilderberg conference, and holds an honorary office at the American Jewish Committee. Warner Music Group’s investor board-member URL is the company-side WMG cite. Seats change. This file does not invent a current Netflix committee assignment beyond what the WEF page states.
The same June 2019 U.S. Embassy Berlin photo set that includes Friede Springer also shows Döpfner with then-Ambassador Richard Grenell. That is a State Department photograph. It documents a public appearance. It is not a U.S. appointment.
Bilderberg is a private conference with a published steering-committee practice. Listing the WEF sentence is not a finding of a crime or a “control” claim.
